I kept trying to use the menus, but they were glitching out on me. At first I thought, okay, maybe I’m just missing something, but nope, every time I tried to find what I needed, it felt like the app was working against me. Frustrating experience overall.

It took longer than I would’ve liked, and I had to follow up more than expected, but I did eventually get my refund. Not the smoothest experience, but at least it was sorted out in the end.

I was surprised how many offroad parts they had in stock. I found almost everything I was hunting for, which felt like a small miracle after checking a bunch of other sites. One item didn’t have a ton of options, but it was still better than what I’d seen elsewhere. Overall, it was easy to use and I’d definitely shop there again.

I had a small issue pop up with one of my parts after a few months, which was disappointing since I expected it to hold up better. I reached out to Rusty’s not really thinking much would come of it.
To their credit, they got back to me quickly, asked for a couple pictures, and handled the warranty without making it a hassle. Not thrilled that I had to deal with it in the first place, but they were fair about it, and I’d probably buy from them again.

I picked up a few parts from Rusty’s Offroad sometime earlier this year, or maybe late last year, I can’t remember exactly. The fit was decent and installation wasn’t a huge problem, but they haven’t held up quite like I hoped. After a handful of trips, the coating started showing some rust, and one of the pieces already feels more worn than it should. It’s not terrible junk or anything, but for what I paid, I expected it to last a bit longer.

Everything seemed legit from the start, and I’m completely sure I’d buy from them again. No hesitation at all.

I was happy to see that these parts are made in the USA, and the quality seems solid. I guess I was just expecting them to arrive a bit quicker, so the shipping time was a little disappointing. Overall, good parts, just not as fast as I had hoped.

I was expecting the usual tech support runaround, but nope. They answered fast and actually helped me figure out my lift question without making it a whole ordeal. Why can’t it always be this simple?

It fit just right, which made me ridiculously happy because I was fully prepared for disappointment. The only thing is that it needed one tiny little tweak, but nothing dramatic. Overall, I’m pleased!

The parts themselves seem fine, no real complaints there. But the price didn’t really feel worth it to me, especially once shipping got added on. By the end of it, I kind of felt like I paid more than I should have.

I put a Rustys kit on my Jeep, and yeah, overall I’m happy with it. It sits nice and definitely feels more solid on the road. I will say it’s a little stiffer than stock, especially over smaller bumps, so I’m not sure I’d call it super smooth, but it’s not bad or annoying either. Out on the trails, though, it feels a lot better than it did before. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I was kind of expecting it to be just a tiny bit smoother for everyday driving. Still glad I went with it.

The part numbers matched, nothing was missing, and nothing got swapped out, which is all I wanted without having to chase things down. I’m giving 4 stars because the inside of the box was kind of a mess, and one of the bags wasn’t labeled very clearly, which was a little annoying. Still, the order itself was accurate, so I can’t complain too much

I had a few questions before placing my order, and Rusty’s Offroad was really easy to deal with. Their replies were clear and simple, not overly technical or, actually, I expected it to be more confusing, but it really wasn’t. They didn’t rush me or make me feel like I should already know everything. Each answer got right to the point and helped me figure out what would fit my Jeep. that made the whole process way less stressful.

The parts showed up and luckily nothing was missing, but the box was beat up when it got here. There wasn’t much padding inside either, which made opening it way more stressful than it needed to be. For heavier stuff, I really expected better packing.

I reached out to customer service hoping they could help me sort things out, but honestly... it didn’t really go anywhere. I kept waiting for some kind of useful answer, and just... nothing that actually helped

I got my parts from Rusty’s Off Road and, i wasn’t totally sure how the install was going to go at first. But it ended up being smooth. The directions made sense, everything lined up well, and I just took my time with it. No real headaches or anything. I’d probably order from them again.

just based on the look of the site, it felt old and cluttered to me. A few parts were hard to read on my phone, and the photos didn’t really make it feel fresh or up to date. I just didn’t enjoy browsing around much

They have a really good selection, maybe even a little overwhelming at first, but that’s not a bad thing. I was able to find exactly what I needed without much trouble.

I ordered a few parts from rustysoffroad.com, and they did eventually show up in good shape. Packaging was decent, nothing damaged, so no complaints there. The main thing I noticed was the shipping felt a little slower than I expected, and there weren’t many updates along the way. I kept checking the tracking and trying to figure out the pattern of where it was or when it might move again, but there just wasn’t much to go on. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of average. I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a rush, but quicker shipping or better tracking would make it a lot better

I wasn’t expecting a huge difference at first, and I was kind of like, yeah, we’ll see. But wow, my Jeep rides so much better off road now. It feels smoother, more controlled, and just way more fun to take out.
